Dear beloved colleagues,

It’s Dr. Christie Cornelius, and it’s been a pleasure seeing everyone grow and thrive within the end-of-life sector of veterinary medicine. As we’ve seen just over the last twelve months, there has been a lot of business activity, mergers and acquisitions, and consolidation within the niche of pet hospice, in-home euthanasia, and pet aftercare. With the rise in the number of larger companies and corporations involved in the pet care industry, we are also seeing a number of independently owned practices working to improve their business strategies in order to remain competitive in their own markets.

When it comes to pet cremation services, BPS understands the importance and value small businesses bring to the community. We understand the amount of trust small companies must gain within a community in order to be successful and remain top-of-mind. We get how challenging owning a business is because we’ve been there, and we know how essential it is to protect a brand in today’s modern world. When I started my own pet crematory, I couldn’t find electronic tracking software that I was satisfied would provide my team and me with everything we needed AND give me the return on my investment I expected.

After discussing this with my friend and now business partner, Dr. Deborah Rotman, we decided to form a company that included experts to design the ideal software for pet crematories of all sizes that brings the pet owner, the veterinary clinic, and the crematory together in the most efficient manner to provide top-notch services for the community. The software allows for complete transparency throughout the process of cremating a pet by offering beautiful online portals designed to streamline communication between pet owners, vet clinics, and pet crematories. In addition, the pet owner portal features an e-commerce application that guides families through the purchasing of memorial items with the click of a button, improving the crematory’s bottom line and the pet owner’s experience.

We offer demos of the software at a time convenient to you from the comfort of your home or office. In addition, you may email us directly at belovedpetsoftware@gmail.com with any questions you may have about how we can help improve your operations or the operations of the crematory you’ve chosen to partner with.

Thank you, and we look forward to working with you. Have a great summer, everyone!

Sincerely,

Drs. Christie Cornelius and Deborah Rotman, Co-Founders of Beloved Pet Software
